    Deputy Manager – Curriculum Lead & Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENDCo)

    This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and creative professional to make a real impact.
    You will lead the planning, implementation, and development of our Early Years curriculum, ensuring learning is child-centred, creative, and rooted in the EYFS framework.

    As our SEND Coordinator, you will promote inclusive practice, provide expert support for children with additional needs, and work in partnership with families, colleagues, and external professionals.


    About the role

    • Hours: Full-Time, 37 hours per week
    • Salary: £38,343 – £44,202 (dependent on qualifications and experience)
    • Location: White City, London, W12

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum Level 4 qualification in Early Years (or above)
    • At least 3 years of leadership experience in early years settings
    • Strong ability to lead, support, and supervise staff effectively

    • Experience supporting children with diverse and additional needs
    • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
