Mindfulness Music
We all know that it has been a difficult and stressful time, being mindful of social distancing, working from home, as well as keeping the children entertained. We would like to support you to take care of your own wellbeing to unwind and listen to some frequency music, which has shown to help bring positive vibes and relax the mind.

Homemade sugar free treats
The kitchen is a great place to spend quality time with your child/ren and a perfect environment for them to learn through their senses. Cooking also offers great opportunity for the children to describe their actions, learn new words, to count and measure. Try making these sugar free treats for a healthy way to snack.
